Sushi Wa Totemo Oishi Desu

(Sushi is very delicious) I've been honing my Japanese-speaking and sushi-making skills over the past year or so. I like to think it's coming along nicely. Here was our dinner last night.

I'm still a little iffy on the raw fish, but if those are the those with the egg wrapped around them I love those. Nice work. If engineering doesn't work out you could become a sushi chef
