Three Year Anniversary

It is Yuriko and my 3rd anniversary! We have toured Central Park, Times Square, went to the Lion King on Broadway, Late Show with Letterman..all in all a solid trip.




We also met up with a friend of Yuriko's from elementary school in Hong Kong. She hadn't seen Joanne since grade five:


After we ate some Japanese, they took us to a desert bar, Chicolicious. It was awesome - you ordered a dessert and it came in three courses. Here is a sampling:




The owner was an older african-american man who wore a striped collared shirt and a large gold bowtie. It was perfect.

Cities and Knights

Mike gave us the Cities and Nights expansion for Settlers of Catan. Ryan, Jeff, Yuriko and I played a fierce game the other day that lasted four and a half hours (yes - really four and a half hours). I think we were missing some rules and it will go much quicker next time. It was awesome though.
